Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic educational setting near Andover, MN. This full-time, onsite position offers the chance to make a meaningful difference throughout the academic year, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week. Both certified SLPs and strong Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply-this is an excellent environment for personal and professional growth.

• Current Minnesota SLP license (required-must provide PDF with application)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
• School-based experience or strong interest in working with K-12 populations
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and routine collaboration with teachers and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and progress
• Engage in parent communication to support student success
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment
