Symbotic is hiring a Software Support Engineer to join the Network Operations Center team. You will monitor, support, and maintain critical automation systems at customer sites, acting as a bridge between on-site and engineering teams.
Expect a 10x7 on-call rotation and a hybrid schedule with on-site Wilmington, MA work two days/week. You’ll troubleshoot production issues, develop dashboards, and document root causes for continuous improvement.
