SUMMARY
This manager position is responsible for the daily operations of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service and meeting market share and profitability goals. The role focuses on training, teamwork, and client relationship building while driving sales and acquisition of new and existing customers.
MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, coach, and empower branch staff to achieve performance goals.
• Directly manage staff and coordinate all branch activities, including planning, performance evaluation, and corrective action.
• Resolve employee and customer issues, encouraging growth and continuous improvement in management skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set the branch tone to provide exceptional customer experience, offering a full range of products and services.
- Manage high‑value consumer and business portfolios; provide referrals to commercial, investment, and treasury departments.
- Lead cross‑selling initiatives in line with the Director of Consumer Banking, covering debit/credit cards, loans, online banking, and partner products.
- Participate in marketing promotions, call programs, trade shows, Chamber events, and bank‑sponsored events.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies, maintaining branch appearance and safety.
- Maintain reliable attendance and perform additional duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

COMPENSATION
Starting Salary Range: $73,000–$92,000
Bonus and sales incentive opportunities available.

Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 3+ years related experience.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES
Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license required, may be obtained after hire.
