Assembly Technician

Twin City Staffing is seeking a motivated assembly technician to join a top-tier team in the Ham Lake, MN area. You will build and test custom hydraulic actuators using a variety of hand and power tools. Apply today!

Location: Ham Lake, MN

Wage: $21.00 - $25.00/hr. | DOE

Hours: 1st Shift | 7 AM - 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the assembly technician:

• Assemble hydraulic actuators to blueprint specs using hand and power tools
• Perform final assembly inspections and complete pressure testing on parts
• Complete required documentation including timekeeping, BOMs, and prints
• Support the shop with general maintenance and housekeeping duties

Requirements of the assembly technician:

• Mechanical assembly experience or a fluid power tech degree
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic presses
• Strong math skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to read measuring gear
• Comfortable utilizing computer software for tracking and entry
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday
