Plant Manager - Net Zero Modular Construction

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to set up and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations at our Andover, MA robotic micro factory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching and scaling production facilities in a fast-paced, startup environment. As a key member of our leadership team, the Plant Manager will be responsible for ensuring the team hits production targets, building out key functions such as quality, supply chain, facilities, and production, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee the setup of the Andover facility, including equipment procurement and facility buildout.
• Hit production targets while increasing the production capacity of the facility.
• Lead and grow a team of production staff, fostering a culture of engagement and accountability.
• Drive the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the deployment of digital tools and systems to enable data-driven decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, with 2+ years as a Plant Manager or similar role.
• Experience in construction, building materials manufacturing, cabinet making, modular or panelized manufacturing.
• Experience launching and scaling production facilities, preferably in a startup environment.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for sustainability and delivering net-zero carbon housing at scale.
