• Grind, sand, and deburr metal parts to create paint-ready surfaces.
• Clean and wash parts prior to painting.
• Rack, mask, and tape parts according to production requirements.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before painting.
• Support the paint line team to keep production moving efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience using grinders, sanders, or hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable wearing a respirator (clean-shaven required for fit testing).
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.

1st Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Occasional Friday overtime available.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ham Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
