We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate pediatric case in Andover, NJ
. If you have strong clinical skills and experience with medically complex infants, we would love to welcome you to our team.
Patient: 6‑month‑old baby girl Birth History: Born at 22 weeks Diagnosis/Needs:
- Ultra short bowel syndrome
- Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD)
- Pulmonary hypertension
- G‑tube feeds
- Catheterizations
- Ongoing respiratory and nutritional support
Per diem shifts available
Pay$45.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor respiratory status, comfort, and safety throughout the shift
- Manage G‑tube feedings and nutritional support
- Perform catheterizations as ordered
- Support pulmonary care needs related to BPD and pulmonary hypertension
- Administer medications according to the physician’s plan of care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care
- Active New Jersey RN license
- Preferred:
At least 1 year of pediatric or NICU experience - Current BLS certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical completed within the past 12 months
- Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
- Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
