• Operate all store equipment and prepare product.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Train new staff and provide orientation on the job.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and manage computer systems.
• Navigate delivery routes, read maps, and locate addresses within a designated delivery area.
• Drive company vehicle to deliver pizzas, flyers, and door hangers within the authorized area.
• Maintain cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.

• Standing, walking, and repetitive tasks for the majority of the shift.
• Lifting up to 50 lb and carrying items weighing up to 30 lb.
• Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, and pushing.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, food fumes, dust, and hot surfaces up to 500 °F.
• Ability to drive and navigate adverse terrain, stairs, and ladders.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Access to an insured, company‑approved vehicle for deliveries.
• Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide, and make correct monetary change.
• Proficiency in verbal, written, and telephone communication.
• Motor coordination and ability to perform precise hand‑eye tasks.
• Ability to work independently and with a team under stress and maintain quality standards.

• Must follow all company policies and procedures 100 % of the time.
• Expect consistency in standards, customer service, attendance, punctuality, and store cleanliness.
