Duties
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and servicing according to manufacturer guidelines
  • Test vehicles to ensure safety and performance standards are met
  • Maintain detailed records of all repairs and technical work carried out
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues, utilising your technical expertise
  • Support the team in delivering high levels of workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology, especially in hybrid and electric vehicle sectors
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workshop processes and standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a dealership or independent garage
  • Full UK driving licence
  • MOT Tester qualification (essential)
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and resolve vehicle issues efficiently
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Customer‑focused attitude and professional approach to work
