Gunner Insulation Company LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated Insulation Installer to join our growing team in Ham Lake, MN. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in helping homeowners and businesses stay comfortable and energy-efficient. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and a hard day's work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Install batt, blown-in, spray foam, and other insulation materials in residential and commercial settings
- Measure and cut insulation materials to fit walls, ceilings, floors, and crawl spaces
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and ensuring surfaces are ready for insulation application
- Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow building codes, safety regulations, and company standards on every job site
- Collaborate with crew members and supervisors to complete projects on time and to spec
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and company vehicles
- Prior experience in insulation installation, construction, or a related trade preferred
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and basements
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
