Tyre Fitter

Our client, a well‑established and reputable garage operating in Andover, Hampshire for over 60 years, is seeking a Vehicle Tyre Fitter. This opportunity offers a chance to join a dedicated team in a busy workshop environment, providing essential tyre fitting services to a diverse customer base.

• Salary up to £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications
• 29 days annual leave plus the day off for your birthday

• Carrying out tyre fitting and puncture repair procedures on all types of vehicles
• Stock control management and maintaining workshop stock levels
• Providing excellent customer service at front reception and during direct interactions
• Working in line with company health and safety policies
• Assisting with wheel alignment/tracking (training on ADAS equipment advantageous)
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workshop operations

• Proven experience as a competent Vehicle Tyre Fitter, minimum 1-2 years
• Relevant qualifications or on‑the‑job training in tyre fitting
• Friendly and approachable manner, with excellent customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to produce high‑quality work within set time frames
• Full UK Driving Licence with minimal points
• Experience with wheel alignment/tracking, particularly ADAS, is highly advantageous
