Are you a passionate, motivating leader with a deep knowledge of diving? We are looking for a dedicated Diving Coach to join the Huskies for the upcoming fall season. Our team consists of athletes with a wide range of talent levels—from beginners to advanced competitors—who are eager to grow, learn, and excel under the guidance of a supportive mentor.

Schedule:

Approximately 3 hours per day, Monday through Saturday.
Primary Site:
Practices and home meets are held at the Fred Moore pool.
Travel:
Includes a mandatory overnight traveling meet in Fargo (Friday – Saturday).

• Skill Development:
  Provide technical instruction on diving mechanics, approach, and execution for a diverse group of athletes.
• Mentorship:
  Act as a positive, motivating adult figure who fosters a growth mindset and builds athlete confidence.
• Safety & Supervision:
  Manage the diving well during practice to ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Meet Management:
  Attend all home and away meets, representing the Huskies with pride.
• Post-Season:
  Guide qualifying athletes through the Section and State Tournament series in November.

• Strong background in competitive diving (previous coaching or collegiate experience preferred).
• Ability to demonstrate and explain complex movements to athletes of varying skill levels.
• Commitment to the Minnesota State High School League standards of conduct and sportsmanship.
