Position: Phenom 300 Captain

Job Description

We are now accepting resumes for PIC positions throughout the US. (Current need higher on the East Coast)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct aircraft operations and related job assignments in accordance with policies established in the General Operations Manual and Company Manuals.
  • Ensure all flight, aircraft and passenger records are completed in a neat, timely, and accurate fashion.
  • Supervise other crew members in the performance of their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with flight/duty time limitations and rest periods in accordance with established policies.
  • Must have completed initial or recurrent training phases in the preceding 12 months.
  • Review Flight/Maintenance Log, Form MF-9/MR-10 (MR-9 or MR-10, as applicable) to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft and coordinate with appropriate maintenance personnel for any required maintenance.
  • Ensure the preflight, post‑flight, and routine servicing of the aircraft is accomplished in accordance with established policies.
  • Coordinate client requests for itinerary changes with the Operations Control Center.
  • Perform the duties of Ground and In‑flight Security Coordinators in accordance with 40 CFR (b‑c).
  • Ensure appropriate manuals, charts, and equipment are current and on board the aircraft.
  • Ensure crew‑members and passengers have valid passports, immunizations, visas, and clearances appropriate for clear customs, immunizations and agricultural inspections.
  • Ensure international arrivals and departures are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Exercise operational control on behalf of the Director of Operations. Ensure that no person other than a flight crew‑member is allowed to manipulate aircraft controls.
  • Identify, anticipate, and take corrective action to minimize actual or potential delays due to scheduling operations, crew legality, and maintenance issues.
  • Recommend process and communication improvements.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all cases involving client aircraft operations and when dealing with sensitive or security issues.
  • Perform other Trans Medics tasks and duties as necessary.
Background and Qualifications
  • Must have 3,000 hours total flight time.
  • 1,500 hours total Pilot‑In‑Command (PIC) time.
  • Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91.
  • Basic computer proficiency – Microsoft Office, iOS, and other internet‑based programs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Certifications, Licenses, and Other

Special Requirements
  • Must hold EMB‑505 Type Rating.
  • Must be able to lift 75 lbs up a flight of aircraft stairs.
  • Must have ATP Certificate.
  • Must have Current First Class Medical and a clean record.
  • Must have Valid & Unrestricted Passport.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
Compensation

The compensation for this role is a fixed rate of $793.27 (daily), based on our good‑faith determination. Actual compensation is non‑negotiable and not subject to variation. This role may also be eligible for additional compensation earned at your daily rate and our comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and wellness resources). We comply with all U.S. pay transparency laws and do not request or consider salary history.
