Pump Operators w/CDL

Pump Operators with CDL are needed in Andrews, Texas, for Black Hawk Energy Services/Sun Well Services. These professionals will lead rig crews, operate and maintain workover rigs, and ensure safe and efficient oilfield operations. The ideal candidates are experienced in rig operations, possess strong leadership skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Floor Hand experience
• 1-2 years of Derrick Hand experience
• Advanced problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Supervisory level of well control training
• Class B CDL license (encouraged, not required)
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 75 pounds for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment exam, drug screen, and physical
• Acceptable criminal history
• Ability to read, write, and speak English and perform basic math

• Experience running pipe tallies, figuring pipe weights, keeping good pipe counts
• Knowledge of spacing out pumping units, running and pulling ESPs, pipe torque specifications, and operating mud pumps
