The hospital is completing a full financial turnaround and will soon be positioned with a clean financial slate and long-term profitability.
The OpportunityWe are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide PRMC into its next stage of growth and stability. This is an outstanding role for an experienced healthcare CFO—or for a strong Controller/Finance Director ready to step up into the CFO seat.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative CEO and leadership team, in a hospital environment that values accountability, transparency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with PPS (Prospective Payment System) reimbursement guidelines.
- Monitor financial performance, implement strategies for profitability, and drive efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with hospital goals.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and long-term sustainability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
Master’s/CPA preferred. - Prior healthcare finance leadership experience (hospital/health system preferred).
- Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement (PPS experience is a plus).
- Strategic mindset with proven ability to improve financial performance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must live within driving distance of Andrews, TX.
