The hospital is completing a full financial turnaround and will soon be positioned with a clean financial slate and long-term profitability.

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to guide PRMC into its next stage of growth and stability. This is an outstanding role for an experienced healthcare CFO—or for a strong Controller/Finance Director ready to step up into the CFO seat.

You’ll work closely with a collaborative CEO and leadership team, in a hospital environment that values accountability, transparency, and teamwork.

• Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with PPS (Prospective Payment System) reimbursement guidelines.
• Monitor financial performance, implement strategies for profitability, and drive efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to align financial strategy with hospital goals.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and long-term sustainability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
  Master’s/CPA preferred.
• Prior healthcare finance leadership experience (hospital/health system preferred).
• Strong understanding of hospital reimbursement (PPS experience is a plus).
• Strategic mindset with proven ability to improve financial performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must live within driving distance of Andrews, TX.
