Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Part‑time) – Deer Oaks - The Behavioral Health Solution – Andrews, TX
We invite you to join our dynamic team at Deer Oaks, a nationally recognized leader in geriatric long‑term care. In this role, you will work within integrated treatment teams at local LTC facilities, providing therapy and behavioral management to older adults and physically disabled individuals.

- Provide individual, family, and group therapy and behavioral management services
- Adhere to ethical principles and professional guidelines
- Fully licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain own schedule of counseling sessions and use Geriatric Notes Tool (GNT) for timely session notes
- Professional relationships with patients and facility partners
- Ability to work independently and in a team
