LPN​/RN​/EMT​/EMT- or Paramedic

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct patient care following physician and clinic protocols
• Perform patient assessments, obtain medical histories, and document vital signs accurately
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments within scope of practice and safety standards
• Assist with emergency response, stabilization, and triage as needed in clinic settings
• Collect, process, and label specimens while maintaining strict infection control procedures
• Operate and monitor medical equipment, reporting irregularities promptly to providers
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and required documentation
• Support quality improvement, safety initiatives, and compliance with regulatory standards
