Join my company as a full‑time Maintenance Technician in Dallas, TX. Keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day‑to‑day operations. You will also supervise the maintenance staff.

• Supervise make‑ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
• Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
• Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
• Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management.
• HVAC and EPA certification.
• Availability for 24/7 on‑call emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Strong prioritization and delegation skills.
• A passion for safety and service.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

The full‑time position generally requires 40+ hours per week. Availability for 24/7 on‑call emergencies is required.
