• A talent for effectively building relationships, particularly with the unchurched, and creating commitment and cohesion within the church community.
• The ability to build and mentor a team, inspiring the team through successfully delegating responsibilities.
• The capacity to identify needs and efficiently gather the necessary financial, human, and material resources to launch and sustain the new church.
• An ongoing commitment to learning, developing new skills, and investing in the growth of himself and others to ensure long‑term sustainability.
