Rod Pump Technician Lead

BP Supply Inc is seeking a Rod Pump Technician Lead to install, maintain, and troubleshoot rod pump systems for industrial customers. In this field-based role, you'll handle diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and inspections while ensuring safe, reliable operation of equipment. You'll organize daily work, guide a small crew, and train junior technicians on procedures and safety standards. Working closely with customers and our inside team, you'll help plan service, identify parts needs, and support long-term relationships in a practical, customer-first environment with room to grow.
