The team plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of chemical products to customer locations, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Fueling Your PassionAs a CDL Delivery / Treater Driver, you will be responsible for transporting chemicals from plant sites to customer locations while supporting on‑site treatment operations. You will ensure all deliveries, treating activities, and documentation meet DOT, safety, and quality standards, providing first‑class service to customers.
Responsibilities- Conduct day‑to‑day warehouse and delivery operations, including route preparation, shipping papers, and DOT‑required pre‑trip inspections.
- Perform daily inventory checks at sites and load required chemicals via pumps to complete treatment routes.
- Ensure compliance with all DOT regulations applicable to delivery and treating fleets.
- Complete required documentation for DOT inspection records, treatment tablets, maps, and logs to ensure safety and compliance.
- Perform gate checks, routine maintenance on pumping systems, and work‑area inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- Drive a treater truck to and from customer locations in a safe and compliant manner.
- Follow all company Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) policies, quality standards, and legal requirements at all times.
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of CDL driving experience.
- Have a valid Class A or Class B CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.
- Have a clean driving record.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team‑based, safety‑first environment.
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, tool‑based tasks.
- Have the ability to operate heavy‑duty manual transmission vehicles.
- Be willing to load and unload inventory and work in both workshop and field environments.
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
