• Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate repair needs and labor estimates with the shop foreman and service advisors.
• Recommend additional services when appropriate.
• Plan and manage workflow in coordination with shop leadership.
• Monitor repair times and keep service advisors informed.
• Complete repair documentation clearly and thoroughly.
• Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies and safety standards.
• Assist with mentoring and training technician trainees.
• Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend required training.
• Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.

• Certified Toyota Technician (or equivalent experience).
