What You’ll Do- Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate repair needs and labor estimates with the shop foreman and service advisors.
- Recommend additional services when appropriate.
- Plan and manage workflow in coordination with shop leadership.
- Monitor repair times and keep service advisors informed.
- Complete repair documentation clearly and thoroughly.
- Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies and safety standards.
- Assist with mentoring and training technician trainees.
- Stay current with factory technical bulletins and attend required training.
- Follow all federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.
- Certified Toyota Technician (or equivalent experience).
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- High ethical standards and a positive, professional attitude.
