Phillips, Inc. is seeking Laborers for earthwork construction projects in Angleton, Texas. These individuals will perform a variety of physical tasks at construction sites, including site preparation, material handling, and assisting skilled workers. The ideal candidates are safety-conscious, physically fit, and able to work with hand and power tools in a dynamic environment.

- Pre-employment physical examination provided
- Ability to perform physical labor at construction sites
- Willingness to operate hand and power tools (air hammers, tampers, cement mixers, etc.)
- Ability to clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces, and erect scaffolding
- Ability to load, unload, and distribute materials and tools
- Willingness to control traffic and signal equipment operators (training provided)
- Ability to enter trenches and confined spaces after training
- Successful completion of a pre-employment physical examination
- Understanding and compliance with safety procedures
