What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
  • Problem-solve and encourage customer commitments to enhance business relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
  • Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training required
  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a sales-oriented role with a focus on customer service
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced call center environment
