You will be supporting the international roll‑out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us advance our portfolio of late‑clinical‑stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.
KeyAccountabilities
- Drive the Operational Excellence strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring the appropriate resources are allocated for routine and ad‑hoc radiopharmaceutical and radio chemical product manufacturing.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead structured problem‑solving efforts.
- Optimize radiopharmaceutical production processes to ensure adequate yield and purity to meet supply and GxP requirements.
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Facilities to ensure GxP compliance of all manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with all departments while planning for all radiopharmaceutical and radio chemical product manufacturing.
- Mentor and train a high performing operations team.
- Personal development – maintain standard knowledge and make recommendations for professional development and training.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Orientation in pharmacy, biochemistry or science field is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6 years’ of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience working in close support with R&D, Operations and Quality.
- Experience working in radiopharmaceuticals or radionuclide(s) manufacturing (highly preferred).
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Technical understanding of manufacturing, quality and regulatory requirements.

The role is on‑site, located in Angleton Texas.
