You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.
- Conduct EMPQ, aseptic control, cleaning/disinfection, and environmental monitoring of laboratory and manufacturing areas.
- Assist in the data gathering and trending of EM/sterility data, assist in the preparation of monitoring reports, and support investigations, CAPAs, and Change Control for microbiological deviations.
- Collaborate with QA and Manufacturing teams to implement the site Microbial Control Strategy, perform growth promotion testing, support method development/validation, and ensure audit readiness.
- Bioanalytical QC:
Perform routine and non-routine bio-analytical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as Flow Cytometry and ELISA. Assist in the analysis and data interpretation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and assay performance. - Maintain compliance with safety protocols, radiation safety guidelines, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and other regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, production, and R&D, to achieve project goals.
- Associate’s degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related field required.
- 0.5+ years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
- Experience performing proper aseptic technique in controlled areas is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
