Job Description Summary

Outside Sales Representative (Industrial Power) – responsible for generating profitable sales from the rental of Pump & Power division equipment, including large generators, air compressors, temperature control, and dehumidifiers.

  • Generate profitable sales in the industrial market segment, targeting customers who rely on equipment for short‑term or long‑term projects such as sand blasting, coating, painting, power plants, surface preparation, manufacturing and processing plants, large venues, special events, facility maintenance, tent rental, party rental, remediation, general contracting, HVAC, electrical, construction drying, generator service, hospitals, telecommunications, new home construction, schools, correctional facilities, or college campuses.
  • Conduct presentations and business reviews to management.
Qualifications
  • B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
  • Power generation and testing equipment background highly desirable.
  • Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills.
  • Ability to give effective presentations and business reviews.
Physical Demands

Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, and lift 25 pounds or more. Work both indoors and outdoors as required.

Compensation

Base pay range: $40,000.00 – $67,761.00. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
