Summary/Objective
Theresponsibilityofthe Scaffold Yard Helperistokeepthescaffoldingyardorganizedbydifferentscaffoldcomponents .Toassistintheloadingandoffloadingoftruckswithscaffoldingasneeded.
Essential Functions- Adherestoall
OSHAand Marquis Construction Servicessafetyrequirements . - Ensurescaffoldingisorganizedbymid-rails,bracesandplanks,toeboards,handrails,walkways,platformsandgangways.
- Assistinloadingscaffoldmaterialontrucksasrequired
- Regularlyinspectscaffoldingcomponentsandrecognizedamagedordefectivepartsvitaltothestructureofthescaffold
- Responsibleforkeepingscaffoldyardclean.
- Assistingasneededtohelpmaintainpropertylandscaping(mowing/weedingetc.)
- Anyotherdutiesasassignedbysupervision
- Exposedtoalltypesofweatherconditions–hot/humid/cold/wet
- Workinginhighnoiseareas
- Workingindustyareas
- Standforlongperiodsoftime
- Abilitytofeelandreachwithhandsandarms
- Abilitytostand,walk,climborbalance,stoopkneel,crouchorcrawl,talkorhearandtasteandsmell.
- Theemployeemustregularlyliftand/ormove
