** The candidate will be responsible for various accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting. Under broad supervision, reconciles and adjusts various general ledger accounts and/or bank statements. May perform moderately complex analysis of performance results. Compiles, consolidates, and analyzes accounting and finance information for the production of financial statements and reports. Role typically requires between 3 and 5 years of experience.

* Responsibilities include:

*** Maintenance of product standard costs including variance and scrap reporting
* Maintenance of the cycle counts for inventory program
* Back up for creating/ reviewing of Shipping Invoices to pack slips to ensure accuracy & Report Sales on Daily Report
* Maintenance of vendor and travelers’ insurance records
* Processing of Benefit Billing and Reconciliations
* Payroll Process, Review of payroll prior to submission to ADP
* Recording of Cash Receipts into ERP System
* Invoicing for Consignment Sales
* Processing of Credit Memos
* Daily, weekly & Monthly reporting of direct & indirect labor
* Accuracy of account reconciliations related to job duties
* Daily assistance for internal & external customers
* Month End Reports, Journal Entries & Reconciliations & Variance Analysis
* Responsible for accurate Monthly & Quarterly Reporting for internal & external customers
* Other accounting duties as needed including back up for other accounting staff
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
* Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Good Verbal and written communication skills
* Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
* A solid understanding of Dual Entry Accounting
* Experience with ADP
* Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting
* Must be able to work out of one of our three manufacturing locations:
