Purpose of the position

As a Purser you will be part of the Construction, Installation, Commissioning & Operations Department. You will support all the Operations, commissioning and Maintenance activities on the site, demobilization, crew changes, travel arrangements, payroll and documentation. The role ensures that all national and expatriate staff movements are carried out in compliance with company policies, client requirements, and legal regulations.

How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:

• Manage crew changes
• Update and maintain the roster plan of personnel assigned to the vessel, in line with instructions from the vessel offshore management
• Where required, update the Vessel Training and Certificates matrix and liaise with relevant internal or external training/certificates departments, and the reference resource for training booking requests and certificates applications, in line with vessel management instructions
• Interface with the marine agency and the Master/OIM for emigration formalities
• Issue requests for hotel and transportation booking
• Handle all lockers for personnel onboard
• Liaise with Catering for room cleaning and meals arrangement
• Ensure the management of cash advances, within the remits defined by the Master
• Record the attendances/absences of personnel (overtime, sickness, holidays, etc.), hours of work/rest in line with company procedures
• Prepare daily reports on POB, shifts, muster lists, daily meals, helicopter crew lists, look-aheads for relevant parties
• Issue badges in line with ISPS requirements for new personnel
• Verify the minimum documentation of personnel for pre-embarkation purposes and support in preparation of the List of crew
• Plan and record personnel arrivals and departures from Helicopter and Crew change boats for all companies on board

What are we looking for?

• Education
  :
  Degree in Management, Logistics, Finance or related field
• Experience
  : 3-5 years of experience
• Languages
  :
  Portuguese and English
• Technical Skills
  :
  Solid knowledge of crew changes, travel arrangements, payroll and documentation
• Certification
  : HSE
• IT Skills
  : MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP System
