JAG Mobile Solutions is a manufacturer of specialty commercial trailers, primarily mobile restrooms, showers and bunkhouses. The units are used in a variety of applications including outdoor music concerts, professional golf events, and military training operations, worldwide. JAG Mobile Solutions products are distributed globally in 20 countries on 4 continents.
The Parts & Service Representative will play a key role and will report to the Parts Manager. We are looking for someone to join our team who has the following qualities: enthusiastic, self‑starter, exceptional multi‑tasking ability, excellent organizational skills, and someone with strong communication skills. The position will be located at our facility in Angola, IN.
Responsibilities- Field customer calls & e-mails
- Provide customer w/ parts information & pricing
- Create and maintain customer parts orders
- Package, track, and provide updates to customers regarding their orders
- Communicate w/ plant buyers, production employees, and engineering to identify parts and usage
- Participate in and coordinate the physical inventory yearly
- Complete special projects and administrative duties as requested
- Support all other duties as required
- Customer service or support experience
- Prior experience with RV parts/production preferred
- Solid interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Sage experience a plus
- Must be able to lift 10 – 30 lbs regularly
- Must be able to lift 30 – 50 lbs occasionally
- Self‑starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
- Flexible work schedule
