The Admission Processor is a key contact for prospective students, playing a vital role in managing and facilitating the admission processes. This role involves handling student records within the admission system, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper data upkeep. The Admission Processor provides personalized assistance to prospective students, maintains student information, manages inquiries, and guides applicants through the admission process, including answering general financial aid questions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one guidance to prospective students, delivering prompt and individualized assistance to address their queries and concerns.
- Assist applicants through the admission process, ensuring they have the necessary information and support to complete required steps.
- Update and manage online student information within the admission system, maintaining accuracy and completeness of records.
- Act as the primary point of contact for student inquiries, responding promptly via online inbox and phone.
- Assist with the upkeep of student records, including updates, modifications, and merging duplicate records to ensure data consistency.
- Oversee processing of transcripts and verification of prior enrollments, managing documentation efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate with the academic team regarding student status changes and updates.
- Answer general questions related to student financial aid and assist students in navigating these resources.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
