We are currently looking for a Mechanical Workshop Coordinator to join one of our onshore projects.

Main Objective: Ensure the availability, reliability, safety, and compliance of mechanical and lifting equipment through integrated maintenance management, technical planning, and resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical and lifting equipment
  • Ensure inspections, functional testing, and mandatory certification of lifting equipment
  • Manage material availability, critical spare parts, and stock control in coordination with the warehouse
  • Supervise technical execution, proper use of tools, and preservation of workshop assets
  • Monitor maintenance performance and ensure accurate updates in maintenance management systems (AMOS, SAP, Maximo)
  • Support technical audits and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications & Competencies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment and lifting systems
  • Proven experience in lifting operations and equipment certification
  • Proficiency in maintenance management systems (AMOS, SAP MM, Maximo, or similar)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and validate inspection plans
  • Knowledge of international standards (ISO, API, ASME) and HSE requirements
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing multidisciplinary teams in multicultural environments
