• Start, stop, and operate process systems, including gas compression and conditioning units, hydraulic power units (HPUs), produced water treatment systems, cooling, filtration, and deaeration systems.
• Operate all systems within safe engineering limits and process parameters.
• Monitor and adjust chemical injection and dosing systems to maintain process efficiency.
• Support laboratory sampling and analysis as required.
• Execute pre‑commissioning, commissioning, and start‑up activities following approved procedures.
• Assist Control Room Operators (CRO) during plant start‑ups, shutdowns, and process transitions.
• Apply knowledge of cause‑and‑effect logic to safely manage process changes.
• Coordinate closely with CRO, Production Supervisor, and maintenance teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback on field operations to control‑room staff.
• Support shift handovers with detailed status updates on field conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Saipem procedures, including the Saipem Permit to Work System.

• Education:
  
  Diploma or degree in Process Operations, Mechanical, or related discipline.
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years in field operations within a gas processing, NGC, or petrochemical facility.
• Languages:
  
  Portuguese and Professional English.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Process operations mastery, safety and compliance, equipment troubleshooting, and flow measurement.
• IT
  
  Skills:
  
  Microsoft Office tools.
