Warehouse Coordinator M​/F

Responsibilities

• Manage full warehouse operations independently, including receipt, storage, picking, dispatch, transfer, reintegration, and scrapping of materials.
• Ensure all stock movements are performed, recorded, and controlled in compliance with procedures.
• Maintain alignment between physical stock and ERP records, monitor stock discrepancies, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain appropriate storage conditions, preservation, and traceability; organize and execute physical inventories (cycle counts and annual counts); prepare inventory reports and reconcile with ERP (Oracle or equivalent).
• Ensure safe, clean, and efficient warehouse organization; optimize storage layout, space utilization, and material flow.
• Monitor performance of local service providers, if applicable, and apply HSE rules.
• Act as the local focal point for the Logistic Director, Head of Stock, and Stock Coordinator, ensuring proper communication of stock status, risks, and constraints, and providing reliable data and feedback to support global stock visibility.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics flows at the site level and optimize warehouse operations.
• Operate, validate, and control stock transactions in ERP systems, ensuring alignment between physical and system stock and resolving discrepancies.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE rules, promote safe warehouse operations, and prevent incidents.

• Inventory and Storage – Level 3 (Autonomy):
  Ability to independently manage stock operations ensuring accuracy, traceability, preservation, and compliance with group standards.
• Communication – Level 3 (Autonomy):
  Ability to act as a key interface between local operations and central stock organization, ensuring clear coordination.
• Organization and Rigor – Level 3 (Autonomy):
  Ability to manage warehouse activities independently with high standards of accuracy, structure, and discipline.
• Autonomy – Level 3 (Autonomy):
  Ability to operate independently in a remote environment, make decisions within scope, and appropriately elevate issues.
• Logistics – Level 3 (Autonomy):
  Ability to manage logistics flows at site level, including coordination of inbound/outbound movements and optimization of warehouse operations.
• Information Systems – Functional (ERP / Oracle) – Level 3 (Autonomy):
  Ability to operate, validate, and control stock transactions in ERP systems, ensuring alignment with physical stock and resolving discrepancies.
• HSE Culture – Level 3 (Autonomy):
  Ability to ensure full compliance with HSE rules, promote safe warehouse operations, and prevent incidents.

Minimum:
Master’s degree (4–5 years)
