Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports to ensure financial and operational goals are met;
Support front-end operations including the entrance and exterior maintenance and ensuring Associates have daily tasks and productivity;
Lead hiring, coaching, training, development, evaluation, supervision, and scheduling of store Associates;
Participate in timely price changes, merchandising initiatives, and ORA requirements; oversee monthly safety meetings and incident follow-up;
Provide leadership to Associates regarding donation programs and Ollie’s Army membership; support recruitment and onboarding to meet staffing needs
