2nd Shift Slitter Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 24.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:00pm)
- Set up and operate slitting equipment to process steel coils according to customer specifications.
- Perform machine changeovers, blade adjustments, and equipment setup for production runs.
- Monitor product quality, machine performance, and material flow throughout the manufacturing process.
- Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Complete production documentation and assist with routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
2nd Shift Slitter Operator
Qualifications:
- Previous slitter operator experience or related manufacturing machine operation experience required.
- Sit-down forklift experience required; certification is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
