Night Shift Metals Production Operator Details:

• Direct hire position
• $20.00/hourly
• Full Time work available
• Third shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00pm to 06:00am)

• Operate furnaces, induction heaters, forklifts, and overhead cranes in a fast-paced metals production environment.
• Load raw materials, monitor production processes, and ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Perform routine inspections, sampling, and production documentation to support efficient operations.
• Assist with equipment cleaning, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting production issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area while following all safety and environmental procedures.

Night Shift Metals Production Operator

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred with strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to safely operate or learn forklifts, overhead cranes, and industrial production equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in a high-heat industrial environment while wearing required PPE.
• Must have reliable attendance, strong communication skills, and be fluent in English (spoken and written).
