Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $30.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:00pm)

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic production equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and complete scheduled equipment service activities.
• Set up machinery and prepare equipment for production runs.
• Read equipment manuals, work orders, and technical documentation to complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Document repairs, maintenance activities, and work orders while following all safety procedures.

Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Qualifications:

• Associate degree, technical training, or related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, and work orders.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed and respond to equipment maintenance needs.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
