Metals Production Operator
- Weekend Day Shift Details:
- Direct hire position
- $20.00/hourly
- Full-time work available
- Weekend shift (Friday through Sunday from 05:00am to 05:00pm)
- Operate production equipment used in metal processing operations.
- Load raw materials and monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move materials throughout the facility.
- Complete production records, equipment inspections, and quality checks.
- Assist with equipment cleaning, organization, and basic maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to read and follow technical documents, procedures, and safety instructions.
- Reliable attendance and strong time management skills required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment with heat, dust, and noise.
