Metals Production Operator
- Night Shift Details:

• Direct hire position
• $20.00/hourly
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00pm to 05:00am)

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment used in metal processing operations.
• Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Load and move raw materials throughout the production process.
• Monitor equipment and production activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Complete production records, inspections, and equipment checklists.
• Assist with cleaning, inspections, and minor equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and operating guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong attendance and reliability record.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
