Benchmark Human Services is seeking compassionate RN or LPN nurses to provide 1:1 home care to children and young adults in Angola, Indiana. Work is available full‑time or part‑time, with night shifts 7 nights a week from 11pm to 7:30am.
Responsibilities include comprehensive client assessments, developing and following a Plan of Care, and coordinating with physicians and family members. Travel to nearby clients is required;
Indiana license is mandatory.
