You will provide technical support to ensure compliance with customer requirements and drive continuous improvement in product quality, cost, and satisfaction.
You will coordinate corrective actions with customer teams, lead problem-solving in scrap, process capability, and warranty, and train staff on APQP, BOS, SPC, Gage R&R and DOE.
