Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise front-end associates, including cashiers and customer service staff.
* Ensure efficient and accurate check-out processes and customer transactions.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
* Train new associates on store policies, procedures, and customer service best practices.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-end area.
* Assist in managing daily cash operations and till reconciliation.## Requirements
* Proven experience in a retail leadership or supervisory role, preferably at the front end.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
