- Help customers select and purchase vehicles from a huge selection of new and pre-owned inventory, prospect for new customers, and more. Bring your 'A game' and a positive attitude to work every day!
- Learn about our products and keep abreast of current inventory
- Greet customers and identify vehicles in inventory that meet their needs. Great listening skills are important!
- Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
- Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
- Present sales pricing and complete paperwork
Provide a completely satisfied customer buying experience - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
- Prospect for new customers
- Top performing sales experience is preferred but not required. We train for success!
- Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to succeed, with excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good computer and social media skills
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and good work ethic
- Valid driver's license and a good driving record
- Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR and drug screen
