Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; security training/certifications preferred
- Fluent Portuguese-speaking
- 5+ years of experience in security operations or surveillance monitoring
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and protocols
- Good communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to stay calm and act decisively under pressure
