Branch Operations Manager Position

Drive operational success as the Branch Operations Manager at Air Liquide in Anjou, QC. Focus on customer loyalty and branch efficiency to enhance overall performance.

In this role, you will guide branch operations and work closely with the District Manager to implement strategies that optimize performance, safety, and customer experience. Your responsibilities will include team training, compliance oversight, and performance analysis. Alongside managing employees, you will support the creation of development plans while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist District Managers with safety management execution

• Lead strategic growth initiatives for branch operations

• Coach teams to meet qualitative and quantitative targets

• Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Provide regular performance metrics analysis

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED;
Associate’s preferred

• Five years of relevant experience in operations

• Bilingual in English and French for communication

• Proficient in Google Workspace and Oracle

• Ability to independently resolve operational issues
