Distributor Manager

Overview

We are currently looking for a “ Distributor Manager” for our global business partner operating in the food and beverage sector.

• Manage sales performance, profitability, and operational processes of distributors in the assigned region
• Set, monitor, and achieve distributor targets
• Develop dealer/sub-dealer network and expand coverage area
• Actively participate in the field with sales teams to manage targets, routes, and visit plans
• Ensure stock, order, shipment, and collection processes are carried out according to company procedures
• Ensure effective implementation of marketing activities, campaigns, and product launches across the region
• Conduct regular business meetings with distributors and evaluate performance
• Analyze regional market, competition, and pricing, and report to management
• Drive sustainable growth and increase market share in line with company strategies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor/dealer management
• Experience in FMCG, preferably in food and/or beverage sectors
• Knowledgeable about market dynamics in Ankara and surrounding provinces (Konya, Eskişehir, Çorum, Kırıkkale, Aksaray, etc.)
• Experienced in sales, channel management, and commercial marketing processes
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Analytical, results-oriented, with strong communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Holder of a valid B-class driving license and able to drive actively
• Able to adapt to intensive fieldwork and frequent travel
