EY is a global leader in Assurance, Consulting, Strategy & Transactions, and Tax services. We seek a Manager/Senior Manager for the Business Consulting team in Ankara.

• Develop and implement go-to-market activities to identify and elevate potential business opportunities from the market.
• Lead work streams, formulate high-quality, insightful, and sustainable solutions to help clients accelerate business growth and streamline their operations.
• Conduct highly complex quantitative research and analytical studies at various policy domains to support evidence-based policy-making engagements.
• Convey a strong grasp of economic policy issues in the areas of economic development, competitiveness, foreign economic relations, and sustainability.
• Ensure work efficiency during all engagements by continuously improving processes, utilizing methodologies, tools, and technologies.
• Be responsible for parts of the final deliverables for clients.
• Liaise with various clients and stakeholders for potential and ongoing engagements.
• Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of workshops, presentations, and training at client premises and within the team.
• Work closely with the project partners/directors to identify and elevate potential risks and issues along with suggested preventive or mitigating actions.
• Contribute to a strong client relationship through effective management of interactions with client personnel.
• Supervise and coach junior professionals, help people enhance their contribution and develop their capabilities.
• Lead and contribute to the development of proposals.

• A relevant university degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Political Science, Business Administration, or a similar discipline from a reputable university.
• A relevant master’s or PhD is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management and strategy consulting, studies conducted for public sector clients in policy analysis and design, impact evaluation and assessment, economic and sector research/analysis, organisation transformation, and related fields.
• Specific experience in working with central and local government entities and/or IFI players.
• Strong research and data analysis skills (both qualitative and quantitative).
• Specific experience in team management.
• Excellent report writing skills (both in English and in Turkish).
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills (both in Turkish and in English).
• Coding and programming skills are plus (Stata, R, Python, SPSS, Matlab, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and quantitative skills along with intellectual curiosity.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, often changing environment.
• Self‑motivated, ability to work with deadlines.
• Strong client and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong work initiative.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• No travel restrictions inland or abroad.
