Aranan nitelikler arasında üniversiteden mezuniyet, iyi derecede İngilizce bilgisi ve sahada aktif çalışma yer almaktadır. Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlaması ve şehir dışı seyahat engeli bulunmaması gerekmektedir.
